Crypto activity and usage hit all-time highs

There have never been more monthly active crypto addresses. In September, 220 million addresses interacted with a blockchain at least once, a figure that has more than tripled since the end of 2023.

Patiently awaiting Bitcoin Late Bull Parabola to take off....perhaps we will have to await US Election results

The Bernie Lomax

This is great data and it should give all hope we are heading higher. My experience in the tech world is a little different. Example: I don’t see anyone new entering blockchain. Approximately 20% coworkers participated in 2020 and it’s honestly about the same now. That of course doesn’t mean it isn’t getting traction elsewhere. I think likely we are still very, very early.

Good thing crypto has internet to back it up. Internet didn't have anything

Fantastic. Mainstream adaption and decentralization for sustained growth

WormF-16

Yes we are, but it will happen fast and the curve is starting to bend upwards. You know it's gaining traction when one of the primary issues during an election cycle is blockchain/crypto.

WormF-16

Yes, I think so too, but up either way. Depending upon who is elected will determine the how soon BTC moves up and how high we go.

Does anyone know if crypto adoption is also a power law? full disclosure - I've become BTC PowerLaw adherent.

Wrama

We're getting there. At some point adoption is going to absolutely skyrocket thanks to the publicity of institutions like Black rock, Microstrategy and of course Investanswers 😁🚀

Yes, however this comparison is really showing the number of wallets vs the number of computers with individual IP addresses.. I put little stock in the comparison of the advance of the computer age and crypto [wallets]. Absolutely, adoption is increasing at a fast rate, but we really don't know how many unique users there are. (my 2 sats..)

smithers

This isn’t evidence of mainstream adoption. It’s obviously happening, but how much is unclear when I can easily go create a bunch of wallets using something like SolGen….

That’ll be the HBO documentary all good advertisement 😎

I believe Hashrate behaves as a power law and so does no. of wallet addresses along with BTC price, this is all taken from the work of Giovanni on twitter
