The historical pattern of Bitcoin's price action during US presidential election weeks has been intriguing. Over the past three election cycles in 2012, 2016, and 2020, a notable trend has emerged. In each instance, the week leading up to the election marked a significant low point for Bitcoin's valuation1.

What's particularly striking about this pattern is its lasting impact. Following each of these election-week lows, Bitcoin's price has never again dipped below that level1. This suggests that these pre-election periods have consistently acted as a springboard for Bitcoin's long-term price appreciation.

Historical Precedent

2012 Election: Bitcoin established a price floor that held firm in subsequent years.

2016 Election: Once again, the pre-election week set a new baseline for Bitcoin's value.

2020 Election: The trend continued, with the election week low becoming a long-term support level.

Ignore James at your own peril. The guy has called it right over 90% of the time. I’m going with the stats and my own investments that have 4 to 6X’d. I have a good sense of where this election is going but either way I’m prepared. Dancing shoes on and corrections as the information develops. All we can do is strive to interpret the information and be proactive. There’s no better interpreter than the Master!

And down we go again! Btc is so incredibly weak. “Will it go below 70k?”….of course it will being totally controlled by Fink and friends.

Fooled by randomness

I’ve been thinking this right along too, I don’t trust them , there seems to be some master plan in place and whatever it is will be coerced and tailored into something that benefits only their continuing power

No matter who wins the election, God is in control. 🙏🏼

I kind of feel that way too. Flip a coin enough and you’ll get long runs of the same pattern that look significant but are simply random in the full set of flips.

as James said „winner takes it all“

I think it's funny, couldn't we sort through the news and think that both candidates have taken BOATLOADS of money from wealthy interests whatever they may be. Whomever wins the election, will they really do something that big business and/or Wall Street doesn't want that would really affect the markets negatively?

We sit at 67 now.. election week is next week. Tuesday. And Fed cut on Thursday

You mentioned a historically big week not too long ago... rerun the numbers for election weeks, presidential years, vs each other year as well. Might be worth noting.
