Juicy - very nice returns especially when looking out over time

Nice to see NAV leveling out to normal here.

Aj

Wow, the premium is reduced so much now.

It is very hard not to sell MSTR and lock in gains or even partially. But every time I do it jumps another 20% LOL. I guess If I don't need the money today or tomorrow MSTR will continue to win over the long run.

Who owns the otc desk coins? What price did they acquire them at? Why would they sell them cheaper than at the market price?

Great spreadsheet and analysis! I’m not seeing info on leveraged derivatives (i.e. MSTU, MSTX). Maybe I missed it in there? Is info available to equate derivative instrument share price to MSTR share price and related info…? With BTC ETFs it’s 1:1 correlation despite not matching BTC price. That begs the question, what amount of a derivative is needed to see an uptick of $2 in the instrument for an increase / decrease of $1 in the underlying MSTR price…? So (1) If someone wanted to buy a share’s worth of MSTR, what multiple would that be in MSTU. Then (2) If someone wanted to watch MSTR go up $3 and expected their MSTU position to go up $6, what would their position size be… There may be other effects, too. Perhaps there is a consistent lag in price movement between MSTR and different derivatives… maybe it 5 minutes for one derivative and 15 minutes for another. These considerations are probably key for folks that trade in tax protected accounts who cannot get authorization to use options. 🤔 As the biggest part of many IA community members’ portfolio, it’d be great to have clarity on more of this. Same story goes for TSLA and it’s derivative instruments… Thanks in advance for your perspective

Wow I BTC = 608 shares. Recall it was 800 before and before that 1000? So like 20% BTC 'yield' every year?

Corsair

I hitched my wagon to MSTX a while ago, thanks to James. I’m no genius investor, but I’m a good listener. When James says to go in and you have high conviction, then go in hard. I did with MicroStrategy, using the 2x ETF leverage of MSTX. It’s been an incredible ride. All I can say is thank you, James and thank you Michael Saylor.

Are we not able to make copies of the new spreadsheet models?

Régis Rogge

FYI: H10 cell still needs to be updated imho. The MSTR AVG COST / BTC in the model is $31.168, while it should be $49.874 (cfr Saylor's tweet with his last buy). It won't effect the calculation of the model at all. Only the BTC profit amount will change.

Hi @Corsair. I’m want to hitch my wagon to MSTX. I have MSTR but got in a bit late so looking to maximize profits. Do you have to watch this more bc of leverage and what are the pros/cons between the two? Thanks so much.
