Sanjay has a theory:

It looks like Saylor is hitting the ATM hard this AM on the heels of the Bitcoin All-Time HIgh breach of $100K.

Clear sign was MSTR down 10% in the first hour of trading.

I would speculate that an announcement this week about the next convertible debt tranche and ATM purchase will exceed everyone's expectations.

Let's figure 100,000 BTC get purchased for approximately $100,000+ each -- about $10B-$11B of capital

$5B from ATM ops.

$5B-$6B from next convertible bond tranche. Except this time the coupon has a negative interest rate of -1.0% and a premium convert of 100%. (there will be a line out the door to buy these.)

This will push MSTR over 500,000 BTC in the treasury.

A premium convert of 100%. Isn't a 0% interest with 55 convert better? What is the strategy here? I know Saylor knows what he is doing, but can anyone explain is why would he do 100% convert, other than just to stack?

Patience is key. Rule no. ?

Awesome thanks James🔮🧠💪

A negative interest rate on billions in bonds? If that's true ... incredible. What a weird and wonderful world we live in.

MSTR is a long term player, will be big

RonReg

Mstr actually went up 10% at opening and finished 5% down versus opening price, the headline in the post is somewhat inaccurate

hey team! just joined Patreon after following James for a while. Quick question for the hive, If I have NO Microstrategy exposure and have some cash , which I was planning to increase my Tesla Bag (which is also small, compared to my BTC) what does the hive mind think? safer to just DCA into TSLA since?

TreeBeard

I think DCA into both TSLA and MSTR, you decide on the percentage split.

Is nobody worried that the $530 top last week was a blow off top for MSTR? I know we have higher prices for BTC to come but MSTR typically front runs BTC right? The charts for MSTR are not looking great at all short term.

SL MSTR?
