Looking at the MSTR Arb model - Can anyone explain the NAV Premium. MSTR is currently 97k the NAV premium 1.00 = 360.45 (On the 100k table) I though that a NAV of 1 means that the share price is = BTC price. But at this price the MSTR market cap is 2.12 x BTC price

I’d want to see the assumed diluted shares (270,243,000) rather than basic shares outstanding (234,277,000 million) in the model, see Form 8-k Dec 2, 2024. Seems like the missing 36 million shares makes a difference since they are loans used to purchase Bitcoin. Were more shares sold/ diluted to buy the latest round of Bitcoin? Thoughts?
