Can someone explain to me this plan MSTR is putting forth to shareholders “On the agenda includes: - Increase authorized shares of common stock from 330 million to 10.33 billion - Increase authorized preferred shares from 5 million to 1.005 billion - Automatic Equity Awards” isn’t that dilution of all of our shares?

2.63 to 2.2 over a year is -.43 ...given the price appreciation that seems like a small decrease over an entire year (seems like 16%?). Makes me think I don't understand the significance well enough, I'm sure you do, would be nice to have it spelled out, like is the implication that a major percentage of that OTC balance isnt for sale therefore a small decrease means a massive price impact?

I know right when the government says it's going to buy a million Bitcoin. I'm just like okay bro. But where and who's going to sell you that much? We are about to go parabolic

Despite all the evidence of supply declining BTC remains weak ????

This is craziness. Lots of fear out there right now. January could cause more pain, but MAN the next 3-12 months looks BULLISH. Short-term pain. Long-term gain.

CryptoPirate

yes, agree... could be two more years without squeeze... what if crypto winter comes...?

So where is the supply crunch price?

Kenny

Despite MSTR buying aggressively and low BTC supply at exchanges and miners are HODL yet BTC tanked from $108k to 92k how do we explain this occurrence?

Only if retail increases. The big players are buying directly from other big bag holders. So, not sure OTC matters that much, unless there is FOMO later.

I’m new to this space but have had a lot of trouble getting BTC out of CRYPTO.COM They kept cancelling my external transfers. Then their support people could not help, told me to convert to fiat then withdraw. No such issue with SOL. Seems like they are holding onto their BTC for others … 🤷‍♂️. I’ll never use them again.

The big players buy OTC and either the big players or centralised exchanges co-ordinate selling on exchanges to drop the price on purpose so they can but more OTC at a cheaper price. They can do this for as long as they want i think or at least until sell orders run out.
