Thanks for sharing, very interesting. I bought an investment property in 2017 with a 10% deposit. I sold that house a few days ago for a 39% gain. It gave me a 5-8% rental return over the term in Sydney location. If only I had just placed my 10% deposit for that into BTC@$1,000 a coin, I'd still have that 100BTC to sell today at nearly 10M (10x the gain over my property)
