NAV calc still feels off. MSTR is $358 now while BTC is $ 99.6k on 01/15/2025…. (11/20/2024 MSTR was $500 with BTC lower priced )

Under All 2035 Models Together sheet F3 Values is negative... I think the formula is inccorect?
