Hey James, not sure if you'll see this or not but yesterday i wanted to transfer some SOL from Coinbase to my Phantom wallet. Coinbase said it would take 9 hours (!). I figured it was due to the Trump pump and I was unable to cancel by then so I thought 'OK, I'll wait." So here it is, well over 24 hours later and my SOL is still hanging out in crypto purgatory. (The ether, if you will 😁) Come to find out they've been having issues with the SOL network since at least last Friday. I had just transferred some SOL moments earlier from another CEX and it was done in seconds. My question to you is how is SOL better/faster/cheaper and expected to be a winner-take-most when the largest CEX in the US can't make a relatively small transfer for several days? Given our dear leaders' habit of picking and choosing winners i believe Cbase is one of the winners. Binance, Kucoin (far better CEXs) and especially CZ were losers in the US. (Bogus charges IMHO, but I digress). I have a feeling SUI & Aptos could be given favorable consideration with their origins from Meta and Zuckerberg's lobbying influence. Will the market settle for less than better/faster/cheaper if they aren't given other options or don't DYOR? Or is there still a chance for a truly better/faster/cheaper to emerge as we move into this next age of crypto which involve the big dog stakeholders, politicians, institutions, sovereign nations and corporations. I had the same issue. Do you follow Marty party on x? This is cb not solana. Cb is incorrectly passing responsibility. Solana is fully operational. Go ahead and move some sol from one phantom wallet to another dex. Seconds.
