eg $2M property - offer 1.5M

eg $600K property - offer 450K etc

I think the title of the article should be "People Can't Buy Homes"... Not " People Don't Feel Like Buying Homes." I would absolutely love to buy a home, but where I live you are looking at a minimum of $400k, more likely $600-700k, and with interest rates the way they are...
