Learn how to paper trade in our latest TradingView 101 exclusive video.

This video from Jacob is KILLER

But let me preface it.

Throughout my life, particularly in the early 90s, I dedicated most of my time to paper trading and backtesting my strategies. These were the two critical tools I relied on to sharpen my skills. I understand that people are frustrated with the current market downturn, but if you can’t handle this kind of volatility, investing might not be your thing. Anyway, let’s get back to the process—it’s all about finding a system, a rhythm. Pick something you enjoy, test that approach, and tweak it until you hit an 80% success rate. Once you’ve got that locked in, you’re golden. I’m serious—this takes a ton of effort and an incredible amount of discipline. If you’re willing to put in the work, the rewards will come; if not, they won’t. Sorry to be so blunt, but investing is a blood sport—I’ve said that a thousand times, and I’ll say it again.
