Tesla announced plans for its third Megafactory during its Q4 2024 earnings call, as reported in early 2025. However, the exact location of this third Megafactory was not known, until now! Some thought India, Indonesia, even Shanghai again.

Well no, the third Megafactory will be located in Brookshire, Texas (near Houston)

The facility will occupy two buildings totaling 1.6 million square feet. The image is the scale of HALF of one of the buildings already full of batteries. Nobody does scale like TESLA.

It will create 1,500 jobs in the area.
