A member was upset that $STRK was not keeping pace with $MSTR stock

Answer is simple. $STRK trades more like a yield-bearing security with a long-term call option, not a direct proxy for $MSTR. They are not correlated... $STRK behaves more like a stable income asset with capped upside, whereas $MSTR rides the full wave of Bitcoin’s volatility.
