1) Selling new shares dilutes existing shareholders’ ownership. If MARA sells the full $2 billion worth of stock, the number of outstanding shares will increase, potentially reducing earnings per share (EPS) and putting downward pressure on the stock price.

2) As I said there will only ever be 1 MSTR... MARA lack the Nav Premium to make ATM work
