Many say big focus of US Admin is to bring down long term rates AKA 10 yr.

Well it fell 7% this week.

When this long-term rate falls, so does the cost of borrowing, mortgages, etc., and it also brings down inflation.

We shall see if it continues. getting under 4% will be pretty HUGE

I'm confused, doesn't lowering the cost of borrowing introduce more money into the system and therefore raise inflation, not lower it?

Too early to tell if this will work but am sure they welcome lower rates to refinance the massive debt. How bitter will medicine be for investors, and how long?
