We worked hard on this one... but wanted to hammer home some key slides
Borrowing against your Bitcoin is becoming a mature financial strategy, poised to attract traditional finance (TradFi) giants like Citibank, revolutionizing how we interact with crypto assets. This approach will allow Bitcoin holders to access liquidity without selling their coins, meaning you can stay invested in Bitcoin’s potential upside while using the cash for other needs. Platforms offering crypto-backed loans are gaining traction because they bypass traditional banking hurdles—no credit checks, no capital gains tax events, and minimal bureaucracy. When you sell Bitcoin, you trigger a taxable event, but borrowing against it keeps your tax bill at bay, a tactic the wealthy have long used with assets like real estate or stocks.
As TradFi enters this space, the infrastructure for crypto loans will scale, offering better rates and terms, making it a mainstream tool. This means Bitcoin holders may never have to sell, holding long-term as the asset appreciates. The rich get richer by leveraging assets to generate liquidity while retaining ownership, avoiding taxes, and letting their holdings grow—a strategy now accessible to crypto investors. This shift signals a future where Bitcoin isn’t just a speculative asset but a cornerstone of strategic wealth-building.

The combination of fixed supply and lower market supply due to holding creates increased scarcity, which, with growing demand from investors and institutions, pushes Bitcoin's price higher.
What an happen over 3 years is nothing short of astounding.... In 2023, the $500,000 loan was equivalent to 16.67 BTC ($500,000 ÷ $30,000). Today... only 5.33BTC...
