For us still learning. Is that a good or bad NAV Premium!? Please explain the parameters in simple terms without acronyms PLEASE of what’s a great, good, bad NAVs. Thank You. I have no idea from the post if 1.71 is good or bad?

It doesnt affect on the company price or NAV or anything except it makes trading with the stock easier and perhaps more tempting for some of the people.
