There are nearly 6,000 call-options at the $300,000 strike price for an option that is about a month away. I've never seen anything like this so far out of the money this either is deranged or bullish as hell.

I don't think all of those market participants expect 300k so soon, but they may be figuring that if bitcoin makes a volatile move to the upside then they will be able to sell on those call options they bought in a nice profit on the premiums.
