Osol has been my retirement account proxy pre ETF. You can buy staked sol at a discount if you don't mind reduced liquidity. Will have to wait for a merger with rez osprey etf

California prohibited staking on platforms like Coinbase because they claimed that they did so without proper licensing and in violation of state securities law. However, ETFs are created under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and registered under the SEC. Therefore, they should be available to those in California.
