I dont own any of the MSTR Preferred's but I do watch them.

Performance has been fascinating to watch. It appears they all now sell at a premium and STRK has been on fire.

But because they are selling at a premium now, ie above face value, the relative return is less.

ie the higher the premium the less the relative return... STRK being hit the most.

Tradfi doesn't want them added because they still don't understand them. They also don't understand their old system is dying. Value case is in question to them.

Got my first STRF payment, happy using it as my 'cash' with 10% instead of under 5% APR offered plus now bonus capital value gain!

I think Saylor here is diffusing the bomb. He is allowing smooth flow from tradfi to BTCfi. I don’t hear MSM talking about the pump here. All quiet…nothing to see here!!

"ie the higher the premium the less the relative return" This is great news for MSTR holders, now we get more BTC now that the preferreds sell at a premium too :)

Markets/ price finding equilibrium with yield, natural and positive 👊

Given that saylor could have bought his btc at market on exchabges and the price could therefore have moved up! His judgement is somewhat in question given the bear market is close

Yield is lower if buying today, but if you’ve been layering in over the past month or two, you’d have a cost basis pretty close to par. So divvy is still 8% or 10%. Add in the price appreciation and it could mean a 20-30% gain on a “fixed income” product. Love me some STRK and STRF!!!

I also did a breakdown a few weeks back here: ⛓️‍💥 Financial Freedom Friday (F³)→ 🤷🏻‍♂️ The MSTR Debt Stack (STRF/STRK/STRD explained) 💰 [4k] https://youtu.be/VZsEb17DuFU

So now that they paid the dividend today, tomorrow they dilute it to buy more Bitcoin? 😑 (Hypothetically)

I didn't buy until June 4th. My dividend payout was 2.01% of my cost basis. I'm Canadian so there's a 15% withholding tax on USA dividends.

Big bag buyers must buy OTC. They cannot buy from the open market. Saylor doesn't have a choice. :/ The OTC desks were created to stabilize the price, and that is 100% achieved. :/

The divvy was paid yesterday. They'll likely continue selling shares of each ATM to finance buying more BTC, especially when the mothership (MSTR) is well below mNAV of 2. Really only makes sense for them to sell common shares of stock above 2. Sell the preferred shares below 2. And buy back the MSTR common shares if mNAV is below 1 (happened during last bear market).
