Hi James, I love all that you continue to do for everyone's crypto education. I have watched for many years how this industry has evolved, and I consider the "NOW" moment we are in the most dangerous of times. The Genius Act, passed by the government, has opened up a mountain of concern for the Crypto industry going forward. The Concern for someone bringing in a back-door CDBC must be address by the industry heavy weights and the implications for the Crypto Economy into the future, what would be the negative effects on the market be and how would the industry evolve if this is enacted. Thanks for your consideration.

Solana is going to drive me nuts with it's stubbornness to move, all this adoption and speed is pointless to the average investor! with continued promises and bullishness for price action, I'm so confused with the whole crypto space at the moment?

The USD is down from $1.10 in Jan to $0.97... they can't afford to travel offshore because it's going to be a lot more expensive than only 6 months ago.

Minute 30:00, Jerome Powell doesn't set interest rates, JP is only 1 voting member of 12 on the FOMC. Also, the Fed is responsible for monetary policy. So if politicians created a fiscal mess, it's not the FED job to fix it, nor can they. Also, if people don't have money, which they don't, the FED didn't create the problem, nor can it fix them problem. People not having $ is the result not enough wealth redistribution through taxation, plus automation, outsourcing and illegal immigration have all dramatically weakening the labor force, which is where people get $. Lastly, the FED doesn't get the month of August off or the summer off. Grok it.

Agreed, a CBDC coming in the back door in the form of a "Circle" token (USDC) or Tether token (USDT) or other stablecoin is a concern. All of these digital currencies can be tracked on-chain, so they can find you and determine how much you are spending and what you are buying. I don't trust Blackrock, or Circle, or any stablecoin issuer.
