I don't think they removed it unfortunately. Mike Johnson said they would vote on in later but MTG doesn't believe him...I'm with MTG on this one

I don't get why everyone is so exited about these bills. They are not good for financial freedom or privacy. Especially not for DeFi. You will be now probably be forced to KYC to use these regulated stablecoins and the issuers will report all our activity to the government. These bills are basically turning private stablecoins into a surveillance machine, like CBDCs, just with a different, and less tarnished name.
