Tesla’s FSD is clearly a technical leap ahead of geofenced solutions like Waymo, but I’m wondering how we factor in the real-world risks to the bullish thesis. Between the $243M Autopilot verdict, Elon’s political polarization, rising AI fears, and media sensationalism, regulators might face pressure to slow or restrict FSD/Robotaxi rollout. Question: If headlines, politics, and regulation delayed Robotaxi monetization by 1‑2 years, how much would that actually impact your Tesla valuation? Are bulls pricing in that risk at all?

Most of her other analysis is garbage and her funds are rubbish so i dont put much store in her comments. I am a big tesla fan but not a CW fan.

TY James for keeping us informed weather some like it or not. You are appreciated more than the flappy jaws here would have you believe. Please don't give up because of the noise

Elon says end of next year. They might be late but markets can front-run these changes if the trend is clear. Depends on risk-on/risk-off mood too and interest rates. Rates are almost certainly going to be lower by then under the new FED chair. That will boost growth stocks as well.

Basically the bus system in any city will be divied-up into ride share. No dealing with the bus stopping all the time, schedules and bus stops, people you may not to ride with, going on a very circuitous route to get where you're going, etc. For a few dollars, you get anywhere in a nice, clean, quiet vehicle which doesn't blow pollution into everyone's faces, and you're buckled in with air bags, so it's safer. Nevermind that the GI clinic still won't let you go home from your colonoscopy without fingerprinting, photographing and legally deposing your designated driver.

We at Tesla recommend Tesla.

Dont forgot Optimus is not priced in. FSD expansion will face many hurdles. Robotaxi is only one head of the Tesla hydra.

Do you think people will be able to create their own fleets of robotaxis? I guess what I’m asking is two fold, people getting the cars, which seems reasonable. Then how do they build a ride hailing app around it? Would Tesla extend their app to people who want to make their service (ie. Imagine if Netflix allowed other content services to use their tech for streamline rather than build out their own streaming tech)? Much more to this thought but really wondering if this could become of stream of revenue for someone? Or is it really a Tesla thing (and one should just own the stock!!)

If I'm not wrong basically TSLA will bring the app (like uber does, but creating his own) and will get a % revenue of every ride the car makes. So this way the get money both when selling you the robotaxi and when you make money out of its rides

This case is a joke, loose in the appeal. 7 year old tech at the time, fishing for phones Elon's fault. Enter USA and big dawg's pay to play Justice system. Skid marks before the dog.
