it's sad for me to admit, I traded most of my XRP for SOL, and I would've made more money at the current prices of each token had I not. But then again, XRP sucked for a long time and I feel much better holding SOL even though it's price isn't doing that great.

I did the same. Based on all these metrics that make a chain "valuable" it seemed like a clear choice. I guess its difficult to gauge manipulation and social interest

Hate to say it, but SOL will only flourish through institutional adoption. Hoping these ETFs kick off soon. Retail, some, has shown they are not well informed and unwilling to do so. The fact that XRP and ADA have a combined 200 Billion in MC says a lot.

I join the frustration as I hold SOL not XRP and it drives me crazy seeing names like ADA and XRP having such high market caps when they serve no real purpose...come on SOL ETF's !!!

Following the data has its value of course - but to some degree it’s backward looking and it’s like preaching the value of a P/E ratio in equities. Whatever’s going to infiltrate tradfi is what’s going to rock - right now the market’s saying that’s other things (ISO coins (James never mentions this???)) and Eth. Solana should have its day due to speed and ability to handle large volume etc. It should just happen of its own course at some point. - but can these guys not get on the front foot and spend some money marketing to convince tradfi????
