Way more sellers than buyers which means the sellers are getting desperate, which means you can place low ball bids on places and odds are you will get a fill

I feel sorry for people who are forced to sell in these conditions (but often a "lower" ball is their salvation)

Buyer's market? Not in my fking neighborhood which bombarded by Chinese people. 4BR/3BA townhouses near where i live goes for $890K, i can guarantee you it'll be gone before the end of the month. 25 mins east from DT LA.

FL is on sale & only getting started 😯. Average days on Market statistics are starting to swell in the frothiest market/locales.

Disagree; if it's on sale its garbage.

never trust these charts. good luck in actual places where people wanna live like CA, NY, South florida etc

I live in Scotland close to major links golf courses. Good luck to anyone trying to buy a ‘low-ball’ property here! 😆 ⛳️ 🏡 🏝️

FL is struggling hard. Their condo market is rekt. The c19 boom, insurance and HOA boom and high interest rates are creating a major bust.

Low ball if you got cash I imagine. In CO we have a glut of inventory. I would consider buying another rental Property but the rental market is challenged with all the new build coming online.

Or people who are trapped and can’t move b/c they got a low rate years ago and new mortgage would be way more expensive.

The Hotness

When interest rates decline the buyers will return. That’s very soon.
