CYFRF added more SOL upto 400,909 but still not stemming the bleed... Reverse Stock Splits always bad.

NAV Premiums are bad across the board. August doldrums does not help. These things need Volatility for Vitality.

Not sure how you haven't fixed this but you keep posting Sol Strategies market cap as usd when your using the CAD amount. That changes their NAV by about 35%

Buy DFDV? NFA

not counting the companies that have a large mNaVdue to having lots of non BTC assets (like tesla), it seems like it would be good to somehow take into account debt somehow, cause of two companies w similar mNAVs both held 10k btc for example but one had a lot less debt seems like it would be a better play, less risk of having to sell etc

CYFRD market cap is wrong in your sheet

The Bull

I mention it everytime but zero correction. It's a 35% difference. That's big.

Please include debt and warrents outstanding or this is not accurate date. Upexi have about 300m debt warrents at 4p which takes the fully diluted nav to 2.0 as per their website. https://www.upexi.com

BMNR has a lower premium from what i see, do i have an error? They bought another 400k eth bringing them to 1.25mil or 1.35 mil, don't remember... If that is the case the value of asset is 5.8bil+- and MC is 9.6bil, anyone can confirm or deny my findings?

SMLR holds 5,051 BTC .. the asset value is higher than the model still. I.e. it is really trading at a 20% discount.

STANLEY

Market cap 8.3 billion divide by eth value 6.5 billion so nav 1.28

I thought I read somewhere they did the reverse stock as a part of getting onto the Nasdaq....not sure if that is true.

I recall the same, but I sold my entire position and moved it into SSK based on James perspective in early July. I saw my staking reward hit my account on Aug.1 at approx. 5.3%, so that was a nice surprise. I've since been moving my other SOL assets into SSK, especially when I saw the SEC news that Solana ETFs were getting delayed approval. SSK seems to be the best option at this juncture.

I'm sorry. I don't mean to be crass. But fuck Sol Strategies. They let me down. BIG TIME. Reverse stock split and all. I shoulda, coulda, didn't sell it when it hit 3.50. I was convinced it was going to $10 per share. Oh well. Fuck them. Sold it. Lost money. I hate losing money.
