Is the BTC accretion per share only relevant if you can swap your MSTR shares directly for BTC (at the sats per share rate)? Since we can only swap MSTR into $, then actually it is MSTR price that is most relevant (not sats per share)?!

What's number of shares for 1 BTC now?

Chewie

It is relevant as to how much it pumps when BTC parabolic price

If Michael Saylor is going for 1 Million BTC, we could probably buy MSTR next year around the same price.

Warhammer

Do they short their stock before atming for some extra purchasing power

What is de difference between nav premium of 1,44 and mNav premium of 1,59?

Ed

I remember someone was discussing that mstr is gonna top out earlier than BTC. I guess we are seeing exactly that with nav crashing towards 1. Does not mean that the stock will be going down, it will prob continue up together with btc

Oh my God, James has been over this a million, maybe 2 million times. All about sats staked, not about dilution. As long as mstr is buying, you’re getting richer. When you buy back higher you won’t have as many sats.

We are still in a bull market. This price volatility is likely due to short-term U.S. liquidity contracting as the TGA refills. When BTC begins the rally again, MSTR will moon. Everyone is so fickle, we go like a week or nav compression and you'd think we were in a bear market.

Question for Mr.James, Do you believe Mr.Saylor still has Fomo ??? He sure buys like he does...

Any thoughts on mstr hitting 400 by September 5th missed my opportunity to sell the contract on the last pump... any suggestions... should one roll the contract extended the expiration date. How do I minimize losses ? Any feed back much appreciated

I know this isnt about MSTR but would appreciate someones answer. James mentioned in his video about nav premium and how by his calculations we should only get up to around 2.13 I think he said. Now in November we were above 3.2 and this would be a massive difference in mstr price regardless of what BTC is doing. Could anyone answer or know where he pulled these numbers/ calculation from? As he just glossed over it. Cheers!

Just said no ATM until 2.5 nav.? Wow that's a quick U turn. I've sold and moved to pure BTC. Sorry but lost respect for him.
