AI talent is in unprecedented demand in the U.S.

Nearly 1 in 4 tech job postings now require AI expertise — the highest share ever recorded. Just two years ago, that figure was only 8%.

Young professionals with machine-learning skills are commanding extraordinary pay — some clearing over $1 million annually early in their careers, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Entry-level AI roles now offer base salaries between $190,000 and $260,000, with stock options pushing total compensation even higher.

Companies are so eager to hold onto AI talent that they’re promoting these employees to management roles at twice the speed of peers in other tech fields.

The AI boom isn’t just reshaping technology — it’s rewriting the job market.

I know James disagrees, however I smell a bubble that is potentially exponentially bigger than 2001. There will be the big survivors, Like the Google's, Apples & Microsoft's back then. But this remuneration over reach is not a good thing. By any stretch. I see bad things coming fast before we get the massive growth that is inevitable after.
