Galaxy Digital (GLXY) run by Mike Novogratz, is partnering with Superstate to put its stock on the Solana blockchain. Shareholders can now turn their regular GLXY shares into blockchain tokens through Superstate’s Opening Bell platform. These tokens are the real deal, SEC-approved shares—not copies or derivatives—and come with full rights like voting and dividends. Only verified investors can access them.

Why It Matters

This is the first time a public company has issued SEC-registered stock directly on a blockchain. Past attempts were just synthetic versions. This sets a precedent for more companies to follow.

🤔Would it be a good things to get some of those shares not only as investments but as Historic collectables?

I heard via Ivan's show that SOL Strategy is next in line to be SEC-registered stock on the blockchain.

Good first step, although ironic you need to be a “verified investor” ($250,000) to participate. Very trad/retardio fi of them. Ironic in that it flies in the face of all the blockchain stands for. Banking the unbanked, Everyman bank etc.

I love this!!

So the stocks on Jup are fake? (I actually think they are a proxy. But could be wrong, just ask my wife)
