James you must be very very rich. I was staying in London Chelsea with my billionaire friends and though I love them unconsciously they made my life miserable. Start the day with no breakfast, treadmill at 12 degrees, sauna and then dip 6 mins in this super cold tub! Well did not go very well as I finished my European tour with a massive cold. I don’t care for intermittent fasting and love the Mediterranean diet! A glass of quality wine with fresh vegs and fruits. Occasionally a poulet de Bresse! Love animals and they are man best friend. So I am happy that I am not wealthy just enough to enjoy the last innings. Thank you for ever. Your devoted student.
