I LOVE this argument. Has anyone actually read what the US govt has written into "law (and mind you laws can easily be changed". Until their "clarity" act comes out and specifically tells us AND AND AND AND the Fed Bank gets on board and backs said asset, AND that token/asset actually makes money (unlike XRP and their wishful thinking currently) then as of right now 99% of it is paper scam money and Wall Street just found a new group of suckers.

And dont forget; most crypto traders play a very liquid game in the USA and run tokens through trusts/charitable trusts to which they pay themselves and get tax write offs. Meaning, its like an IRA retirement account. They can freely trade on it AND not pay taxes till they pay themselves.
