September FOMC Highlights

  • Fed cuts rates by 25 bps

  • A slim majority project at least 3 cuts in total for 2025

  • Statement tone shifts dovish

  • Miran dissents, favoring a 50 bps cut

Took 420 PhDs a month to edit this doc. That’s the saddest part.

It is disgusting how our government just spends money like idiots. Why not put everything on the block chain for quick results and 100% transparency.

Thank you for the tip advice James. I finally managed to earn a bit of cash because of you during the rate cuts today. I owe you a couple of pints of lager if I ever meet you. Is on me….🍻

The fed needs to revise their methods before revising data and documents.

I love his posts however, as AI takes over and makes our lives easier, we will then use less of our brains and PhD knowledge and turn back the clock. We see it with students every day who cant speak or do basic arithmetic and totally rely on AI. We are headed down a path of mindless zombie workers. OR Hillary Clinton will finally get her wish and we will all be artists! 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

The Fed’s Charades Game… The media actually asked some hilarious questions to Powell today. Like: “Hey dude, why are you cutting rates while inflation is climbing?” Powell’s response? “Households are in good shape.” 🤣Really? While debt explodes, rent skyrockets, and wages stall? You can’t make this stuff up. The gaslighting is Olympic-level. This isn’t monetary policy it’s theater for Wall Street. And the working class? Still stuck paying the ticket price. Welcome to the Cantillon Casino 🎰 Then another reporter asks: “Aren’t you worried about fueling a stock market bubble?” And Powell basically goes bitches: “We monitor financial stability. We don’t have a view on the right level of asset prices.” 🤡 Translation? Yes, we’re inflating your rent, your groceries, and the stock portfolios of billionaires but no, we’re not gonna talk about it!! 💥 The melt-up is in progress. 💸 The middle class is footing the bill again. And Powell’s shrug is the only transparency we’re getting. It’s Just like James said: 🚀 The rocket is taking off. Melt-up is go. All systems go. Houston, we have liftoff.

In my last post in case I wasn’t clear also this is what James has been saying all along. The translation is stocks will go Brrr the middle class go on a burrito budget. We’re in fiscal dominance land, and Trump’s playbook 👉 force the fed into a melt up juice credit and pray that growth out runs the debt bomb. What do you think is gonna happen here? So what’s the investors take away? don’t cling to “safe” treasuries they’re melting ice cubes. Ole world cash, treasuries, money market funds are actually da riskiest game in town!!! Keep a life boat portfolio of stocks, gold and bitcoin and remember the fed isn’t playing data dependent. They’re playing musical chairs and your seat is shrinking when the music stops you better be owning real assets… “Safe assets” are the bag the system needs you to hold. I know everybody in here knows because James has said it over and over the traditional 6040 portfolio died the moment inflation stop being transitory bonds aren’t the hedge anymore. They’re just another risk asset. Real assets > paper promises Gold = hedge against financial repression Bitcoin = hedge against monetary debasement Stocks = play the melt up while it lasts The feds charade depends on the public believing cash is safe!!! The joke is on who’s ever still holding the bag

All sad but true. I guess I'm glad I bought my ticket even though most of my friends and family didn't.
