EXCLUSIVE VIDEO - Rotation Model: Must-Read Guide + Key INVESTING RULES (Patreon)

Jacob shows us how to pick winning assets with the Rotation Model.
I asked Jacob to compile an update on our rotation model. There are a few core principles I'd like everyone to revisit and internalize—because no matter how often I explain them, not everyone absorbs the details right away.
One key reason I share every move I make—every trade, every allocation—is transparency. I'm not dictating that you should follow my exact approach; rather, I'm showing you how I fish, so you can develop your own strategies for success.
Lately, there have been questions about whether MicroStrategy fits into the rotation model. I've always emphasized the need to identify FUTURE winners—assets poised to dominate over the next two years. Back in 2022, I laid out my game plan: accumulate MicroStrategy HARD at the bottom of the bear, then sell and rotate into Tesla in 2025. That's precisely what I've executed over the past 10-11 months. I've never bought a single share of MicroStrategy during this period; instead, I've systematically sold it off and redeployed the proceeds into Tesla and Nvidia.
This is the essence of narrative rotation, which is absolutely vital. We all know Bitcoin follows four-year cycles, but the real explosive wealth-creation opportunity unfolding right now is AI. That's where we're positioning ourselves aggressively. We're phasing out of crypto—we'll retain some exposure for balance—but we haven't bought any crypto in years, and we're not starting now.
SHARING RULES AGAIN TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO CONFUSION
1. Stick to 80% HODL, 20% Rotation
The rotation model is a multi asset swing trading tool, not a full-portfolio strategy. It is also like flying a 747….. You need to be the Captain and not run on auto pilot and let the plan go where it wants. This is by far the most sophisticated and complicated tool we have ever build and NOTHING LIKE it on earth exists.
80% of your portfolio should remain untouched as a long-term hold.
Only 20% is allocated for trading with the rotation model, ensuring stability and risk control.
2. Never Rotate 100% — Keep Layers
Avoid going all-in or all-out when rotating.
Always keep at least a retention percentage (default 20%) of each asset, even when signals tell you to sell.
This protects against missing sudden upside moves triggered by unexpected headlines or catalysts.
3. Pick Future Winners (Not Past Winners)
The model can overweight assets like MicroStrategy because of strong past performance. We know we are heading into a Bear Market. Hence Ive been selling MSTR since late 2024 - NEVER ONCE BUYING IT.
Instead, focus on forward-looking narratives and winners for the next 1–2 years (e.g., AI, Tesla, Palantir, Robinhood, Nvidia, Hims).
The goal: rotate into assets with strong future potential, not those whose peak has passed.
4. Respect Mean Reversion — But Apply Selectively
The model favors mean reversion trades (buying dips expecting a snapback).
This works well for growth names like Nvidia, Palantir, Robinhood, and Tesla.
However, it fails with assets in long-term decline (e.g., MicroStrategy, weaker crypto plays).
Lesson: Don’t assume every dip is a buy — choose assets with real strength.
5. Rotate Out of Crypto into AI & TSLA
Current strategy: exit MSTR all year, exiting miners since April and crypto plays as the bull run comes to an end
Reallocate rotation capital into AI and Tesla, sectors expected to outperform in the next cycle. Rem I will also be keeping my BTC (I dont have much) and some MSTR in case there is an SBR or Global Game Theory like supply crunch.
Stay flexible and aligned with evolving market leaders. PLAY WHERE THE PUCK IS GOING TO BE.
Plan in 4 year cycles
Core Principle: Use the rotation model as a disciplined trading overlay — stay partially invested, focus on future winners, and shift capital from fading sectors (like late-cycle crypto) into emerging leaders (AI, Tesla).
