Few quick lessons from this WILD WEEK
1 Use Pullbacks in Uptrends as Buying Opportunities
Tesla surged 44% in a month before pulling back.
Pullbacks are normal in strong uptrends and can be used as buy-the-dip opportunities rather than signals of trend reversals.
2 Lilo Model “Level Seven” is Key for Hedging or Taking Profits
Level 7 frequently aligns with short-term tops, making it a smart place to sell covered calls, trim, or hedge. This is what I did this week. For Tesla, Level 7 at $461 marked the rollover zone, while Level 6 ($400) and Level 5 ($370) are support areas to reload.
3. Mean Reversion Spikes Often Signal Exhaustion
On 4-hour charts, mean reversion spikes above 2.0 (Tesla & Bitcoin examples) tend to precede short-term tops.
Traders can use these as signals to expect consolidation or pullbacks before the trend resumes.
4. Bitcoin Has Room to Run Based on Multiple Models
Lilo Model: Resistance seen at Level 6, with future targets at $135K (Level 7) and $160K (Level 8).
Mean Reversion: Still far from overheated, implying continued upside potential.
TABI Model: Still in “yellow,” with several phases (orange, red) left before exhaustion.
5. Model Confluence Strengthens Signals Across Assets
ARB Cloud caught MicroStrategy’s bounce perfectly, reinforcing the uptrend.
IADSS on Solana pinpointed the reversal, with mean reversion still neutral—signaling more upside.
When multiple models agree (Lilo, ARB, Mean Reversion), conviction in trade setups increases.
6. Profit-Taking Matters: Don’t Overstay at Extreme Levels
CleanSpark hitting Lilo Level 7 with hot mean reversion triggered trimming, since Levels 9–10 are rare.
The lesson: when multiple indicators show stretched conditions, it’s wise to lock in gains before momentum fades.
