I will be sharing a new exclusive series that breaks down the IA9 portfolio — asset by asset.

Each mini post will focus on:

• Why each asset earned its place in the IA9

• The allocation percentage and my reasoning behind it

• The layer or entry levels

I’ll also be allocating roughly 20% of my personal portfolio to this group of assets and exploring how to apply a rotation model to dynamically shift between two subsets of the IA9 based on market conditions. I may also add Micron as a #10 for pair trading.

This series will help give you all an actionable view of how I construct, balance, and adapt the IA9 for maximum performance in my portfolio. Also how I buy items that otherwise maybe hard to get.
