Nearly 77% of Tesla investors voted for it.

Basically all retail did.

The ones that did not were Norway, DEI ESG firms like Glass Lewis and ISS (Elon calls them ISIS), Shorders UK, Nest UK, NY State Pension Fund, Calpers, etc

It appears that organizations that run large pension schemes are very much against a 10 X in their portfolio. It defies logic. And I realize a lot of people are crying over it all "It's too much money" but It's not about money. It's about control and if everybody's on the train everybody makes money. Elon doesn't need money. Elon wants to get to Mars and Elon doesn't want to create a robot army that's taken over by some crazy government.

"Shorders!" Of course. Perfect name for those who don't want a $3T Tesla or for Elon to get paid.

“77% voted yes no shocker there...me2 Retail’s all-in because they’re not voting on a comp plan, they’re voting on a religion. Get dis: This package isn’t about Tesla today it’s about a theoretical future built on Optimus bots, Mars missions, robotaxis everywhere, and AI that still needs a babysitter. (tbh Grok ain't that great at coding, and FSD still requires supervision.) The trillion-dollar carrot is flashy, but we’ve seen billion-dollar bones tossed out before with very little meat to show. No dojo, back to NVIDIA chips. Optimus? Cool demo, not remotely commercial. I’m not against bold vision but I’m also not confusing narrative momentum with operational reality. Tesla might get to 10x someday, but fairy dust doesn’t hit earnings next quarter. Until then, I’ll be selling OTM calls to the faithful and collecting rent while y’all chant.” 🧘‍♂️💸
