My simple chart shows Bitcoin’s price vs. the money supply. It’s been touching the top of the blue confluence cloud while the orange trend line stays positive since early 2023. If that line turns fully orange, it could mean a bear market ahead.

PS I do not have a crystal ball but I do have Data.

Right now, Bitcoin’s around $102K–$106K, down ~19% from October’s $126K high.

Why I have a Bullish Case of 70%

  • ETF demand and shrinking exchange supply are pushing prices up.

  • Even JPMorgan says BTC looks cheap; whales like Adam Back are buying dips.

  • Price is holding above $100K, showing strength.

  • If BTC breaks $108K–$112K, next targets are $120K–$170K.

  • November is historically strong (+42% avg), possibly sending BTC to $160K–$200K.

My Bearish Case - 30%

  • Long-term holders sold $33B last month;

  • ETFs saw $558M outflows.

  • Too many leveraged longs could trigger a pullback.

  • Weak markets overall could drag BTC to $90K–$95K if $100K fails.

  • The cycle is already running longer than any previous cycle nearly 1100 Days

My Take

Still bullish unless Bitcoin loses $100K and can’t reclaim it.

Need long term holders to stop selling and ETF and Treasury money to keep flowing in. 70% odds BTC stays flat or climbs through 2026 — but if that orange trend flips, the top might already be in.

Great chart James. I'll add this one to my charts. It would be my first bear market fully loaded on BTC and some SOL and it's going to be scary and mentally difficult. I came in too late with SOL and it was always a gamble, hoping for a pump to cash out of SOL. If I was an OG I'd be cashing out chips too. They have too sell when the liquidity is there and that's what institutions and treasuries have given them, changing coins from OG's to Institutions. Plus for the OG's it's a 4yr cycle, always has been, doesn't mean it always will be. My take, it's a psychological game. Bitcoin is scarcity and not government controlled. Nothing will replace it for a long time. No amount of paper Bitcoin can really be Bitcoin, anything that is owned/controlled by a corporation is not really yours and therefore defeats the real intention behind owning Bitcoin. NGU and FREEDOM, Yes we want the number to go up, we ain't OG's, but what I want more is the security for my family that when the government (EU, Commonwealth, US, if Dems get back in) comes for everything you own, shuts your accounts because you don't comply, you will wish you had Bitcoin, not an ETF, not Telsa not anything that they can take from you.. Canadian Truckers Freedom Convoy and frozen accounts, should never be far from your mind, these people are pure evil (this is just one example of many, hell they even de-banked Baron Trump). You may need to leave the beloved country you live in, head to El Salvador, Panama or similar countries that are not controlled by "those who control our governments". Any who, thanks for opportunity to rant :-)
