I want to create another Twitter account to inform my Patreon news only. Because the news of my Patreon and my drawing are totally mixed-up in my main account, I want those who support my Patreon to reach out and contact me easier when there’s a problem. What do you guys think?

Sounds like a really good idea

I'm not sure.. For me, I found ESTPER starts the patreon via the previous twitter account. If the twitter account is divided into previous one and new patreon news one, supporters ,who is already subscibed, can check the new post easily via new twitter account. But it makes harsh for the new comers who wants to join the patreon supporter.

completely agree . do some questionnaires or votes, actually don't have to set up another account on Twitter, I recommend Telegram, you can set a special message and automatically send a discussion group link after someone support on patreon，I really love this app, hope you will consider that.

Now that you mention telegram it does sound like a good place for that too

"I want those who support my Patreon to reach out and contact me easier when there’s a problem." If a Patreon supporter has a problem, then they should use Patreon to communicate with you. That covers you when you need Patreon, as a sales platform, to help.
