I love Mack, he's my number one favorite character (together with May)! But we have to be fair here. In this episode he was as reckless as Lincoln! The way Mack risk his lived to try to get Daisy back (which was such a amazing and emotional scene), is the same thing Lincoln was trying to do with the antidote thing. The only difference is Mack got to go on the mission and didn't follow through on it, whilst Lincoln was being pushed aside and felt like he had to "act out" since no one was letting him help. Everything you said at the end about Lincoln being reckless, going against orders etc is 100% true! but it also goes for Mack though! Even though I can tell that you dislike one character and like the other (which I can't blame you for because Lincoln...can be tough to swallow sometimes XD), it's still good to not blind yourself by your dislike towards him...if that makes any sense lol. But hey, that's just my take on it. Love the reaction though :) Can't believe you're almost finished with this season. Also, can't wait for you to watch the MCU movies :D

Heh, well yes, in a manner of speaking, if they drain Daisy, they drain the connection to Hive...'cause she be dead. xD

I wanted to believe that Daisy was fighting it at first also, but after that interaction with Mack, I thought it was more like someone who been brainwashed and believes they've been "saved" and they want their loved ones to join the cult and be "saved" also and she got frustrated and sad they can't understand what she KNOWS to be TRUE and she was sad that Mack was not gonna come to her side and therefore is damned. That's why she's sad, I thought, not because she was fighting it. She's "swayed" meaning she BELIEVES she's right in her actions in following Hive. It's not like she's a puppet of Hive, necessarily. She's not being controlled, she's been convinced. That's how I see it.

The Daisy/Mack fight was hard to watch, particularly when she deliberately broke his bones with her powers. But Chloe is really killing it in these past few episodes. It's hard to stand out with such a talented cast, but she is definitely stepping up as an actress.

Your post-reaction comments got me thinking - what if Lincoln is trying to make up for what happened to his old girlfriend? (NOTE: I am not a trained and licensed therapist). He's just swinging back too far in the opposite direction.
