All the hate,fear etc that Klaus felt for Mikael is the same that Freya feels for Dhalia. Pretty sure that Klaus knew that deep down Mikael would come looking later on for Hope.

The end scene between Klaus and Mikael is one of my top 3 scenes out of the whole series of The originals, Joseph Morgan’s acting was so spot on during this scene

I loved your reaction and review! I always agree with your reviews of the episodes you really analyze the episode and I love that. Also I’m loving how protective you are of Freya already. And I really agree with you when you said the originals stands on it’s own. Both my mom and best friend watch the originals and have never seen the vampire diaries. Jackson irritates me so much. I mean I never liked his character but rewatching this episode just reminds me of how he irritated me in the early seasons.

Dahlia is a great villian. She is scary ass hell. I wouldn't want to go up against her either. I think Freya should have been smarter though and figured out she was channeling her.

The scene when Klaus asks Michael why he hated him when he was a child broke my heart because Klaus is my favorite character and the actor does his emotional scenes insanely good. He is so in touch with the character and gives a great performance.
