Indeed it was the best episode of AOS, it was also arguably the best hour of television I’ve ever seen (aside from some episodes of GoT of course)

Christopher simeon

Now that your done with the arc. The next arc is even better 😁. Be fair to other Patreons and watch other shows but do a shield week next week if you want. You can watch now but upload next week. We had to wait months in between this episode and the next.

Nicole Christie

been waiting on this and you did not disappoint. Totally loved your reaction to this episode

Calculatus Eliminatus

OMG. What did you do? Watch it or not? Thank you for such a genuine reaction. Glad you weren't disappointed and we didn't build it up too much.

Tom Sinclair

You are feeling just like we did at the time this was broadcast - the fanbase exploded! In fact, this is the episode that got me into watching reaction videos since I wanted to see if other people were as excited about this show as I was. The scene between Jemma and LMD!Fitz just broke me!

Nanci Fenstermaker

Yeah. That reaction was what I was waiting for. Love how involved you get watching and how you yell at the characters. Just like me. LMDMay scene with her lines was amazing. Her thoughts, here memories, her desires. The LMD May was sentient. Perhaps more human than some humans,. I love that she let Jemma and Daisy go adn did what she wanted. Jemma nand Daisy scene was so damn emotional. I still had tears watching it again. The fight scene between Mace and Daisy was so on point. Absolutely phenomenal choreography. When she made the quake ball another awesome thing. Jemma killing LMD Fitz. Pretty sure we are all still recovering from that. May's reflection in that office scene of accepting she is not really May. Yet her wanting to protect everyone and being worried proving she was really May. The writers just killed all those scenes. The fleet of LMD Daisies was creepy. And the framework entrance of Daisy when we saw the Ward pic - a collective gasp was heard round the world. The next arc - The Framework is just as amazing as the LMD arc. 7 more amazing episodes. I hope you choose to watch another. You won't REGRET it.

Very similar story here. I'll never forget Simon saying "I'm gonna need therapy". The prospect that Jemma faced of having to stab the love of her life to death and Ian acting of it and then BAM, emotionless robot. So well done.

Amanda Logsdon

The first time i saw this episode i freaked then watched it again right after just to make sure i saw it right. Good reaction btw

Square1ne

Phenomenal reaction, JuliDG!!! And with all due respect to all of your other shows, Yes, by all means please binge now and simply release an AOS week to cap off this amazing Season 4... You truly deserve this!!!

Thadman

I believe the expression "The hype is REAL" fits this episode expertly. One of the few times that can truly be said. You were hyped by many here about this episode. Were they wrong? According to you in this reaction that you were afraid you were gonna pass out pretty much answers that. xD

Thadman

All of your questions will be answered...if you simply binge the rest of the season. ;-)

Thadman

The "What If..." title of the next episode is a play on a Marvel Comics series that would be one-off adventures where they'd put characters we know in odd or crazy situations (different timelines, histories, etc.). DC also had a similar title called "Elseworlds."

Alvin Cura

@Juli, this episode was written and directed by Jed Whedon, one of the showrunners. (In fact, this was his directorial debut). If you look through the episodes, and notice which ones were written and/or directed by Maurissa Tancharoen and Jed Whedon, I think a lot starts to make sense. :) Also, episodes which were directed by Kevin Tancharoen (Maurissa's brother) are usually also epic in terms of action and pacing. I'm sure you'll see if you look.

Jonathan Jones

When this episode first aired I immediately had the feeling I was watching a horror film

Billieboi

The acting left me speechless!! when Jemma keeps stabbing LMD Fitz, the way he switches from panic and shock to completely dead and stone cold.....is brilliant!! Iain De Caestecker deserves ALL THE AWARDS !!! and don't even get me started on Elizabeth Henstridge....just WOW!

Eva

This episode had me going through all the emotions just AMAZING. The scene between Ian and Elizabeth was just phenomenal really they need all the awards , so bloody heartbreaking to watch , just amazing acting on both of them. (i was waiting for this scene when you said Fitzsimmons has nothing going on no drama just being all lovey, a few episodes back , and I was just like “ahhh you wait girl you don’t even know what’s coming” . ) the scene between Jemma and daisy was great too , as you said you can see it in their eyes , just shows how great their acting is , the whole cast really, they are all so goooood. Ahh I’m just ranting on how good they all are really and don’t get the awards they deserve .

Sascha Koch

AAAH we're finally there! What an freaking amazing reaction to an freaking amazing episode. You said you're not like other reactors, which is true. That's why we love you and your videos Juli! The way you talk about the characters, like you adopted Mace for example, it's so hilarious, makes your videos unique :) You also asked about how they were able to hack into the framework. Well, the problem was never to find the framework, problem was that the framework was everywhere all over the world and that's why they couldn't find the location of Radcliffe, Aida and May (and now all the other team members). And HELL YES, you should watch 4x16 as soon as possible haha, just do it! ;)

Blaze Cadwell

This is the one ive been waiting for! Favorite episode of the series. So glad you enjoyed it :)

Me suscribí a Patreon para ver este vídeo. Cada centavo valió la pena ;) No puedo esperar para continuar viendo tus reacciones a esta increíble serie.

Hi Juli, I'm a new Patron and I've been binging your old Agents of Shield videos. I'm currently up to 309. I love your videos so much, you are so enthusiastic and I love how you worry about your 'children'. I ship FitzSimmons as much as you do they are amazing, and the actor who plays Fitz should get sooooo many awards. I've not seen someone who loves this show as much as I do so thank you, thank you, thank you! Could you please update your long list of uncut reactions with the episodes 4x02 - 4x15?
