Little fun fact: David said that Marcy liked to listen to country music and the actress who plays Marcy is a country music singer. She was that (I believe with her family) before she started acting.

They don't ever really say the time periods between episodes. You just sort of have to guesstimate. The exact time doesn't really matter though for the story. But, Trevor and Philip were talking about it being a while since their last mission and Philip said the number of hours, over 2000. I never parsed out the exact time, but it's been a bit, it seems. Just used a calculator and 2000 hours is about 83 days, so you were right in that it was about 3 months.
