I love Clarke a lot but tbh they all have valid reasons to be pissed at her right now. Her helping them get up to space in S4 doesn't give her a free pass for all the shit she did in S5. She left Bell to die, she let Raven and Shaw get tortured without blinking an eye, she's the reason Wonkru got massacred in the gorge. She put all of Spacekru in danger multiple times last season and yes she did that for Madi but from Spacekrus perspective they still get to be pissed she let their family get tortured and almost murdered. Also like yeah Shaw is the new guy but hell, he only knew Clarke very shortly and the only thing she ever did to him is let him get tortured, obviously he will hate her.

Yeah maybe I was rude but I am too protective of Clarke and I don't like when they go off on her. At least he is gone so I don't have to be rude again lol
