If you remember in early episodes Sarah was very upset with Bryce being a rogue agent but she still had those feelings. We saw that at the funeral were she still cried. She started to move on from that and develop a bond with chuck but also remember how surprised she was when she found out there was a reason for Bryce kicking chuck out of Stanford. With Bryce coming back and being cleared of being rogue. This puts Sarah in a very tough position. All the things that mess with that relationship were not true. He wasn’t rogue or dead. They were together for a lot longer then chuck and Sarah were. It’s also less complicated to pick Bryce because he understands the spy life and as we saw they are even better together. Chuck and her have a strong relationship too that’s why it’s so hard to choose. He represents the normal life while Bryce is the spy one.
