Wow wasn't expecting that today, Yeah!

Going into this episode, I was 100% sure that Nate was going to physically assault Jules or kill her. I had this heavy sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach every time Jules was on-screen with Nate lurking somewhere. And huge props to not only the actor that played Jules as a kid for their amazing talent but also to the casting department who continue to get these child actors who look SO MUCH like their older roles

Did you catch Lexi’s jealousy towards Jules? There have been hints that Lexi has a crush on Rue. Also I think Nate genuinely has feelings for Jules but he’s so messed up that he doesn’t know how to express them.

Jules was committed because she was depressed, not because she was trans. She was harming herself so her parents tried taking her to different therapists but it wasn´t helping so they committed her. Seems like it helped because she didn´t really self harm anymore. The depression might´ve come from or have been hightened by her body dismorphia but she was depressed and her mom got her help. Sure they show it from Jules´point but she was young and it seemed scary to her but her mom kinda did the right thing

Juli, can I just tell you what a wonderful mother you are? Truly.

Really? Considering it is hinted that the mom left the family bc of Jules being trans, I figured it was part of why she put her into the institution!

I swear to god this show jump scares me more with the music than any horror movie ever did.
