This movie was AMAZING! I can't believe I never watched this film before! Thank you to everyone who suggested and voted for this film!

Should I just continue reacting to the rest of the movies for this franchise or should we do the same thing we did last month and run a poll to see what you guys want to watch next month?

I think you should continue with the movies and have another moviepoll for other films.

Lena

Please, please continue this amazing series! It's one of my favourite, and I would absolutely love to see your reactions to all of them.

Edwin Wickey

I think you should continue with this series!

Amanda Logsdon

That was fun, I haven't watched this in a few years, I forgot how comedic it is.

Raximor

Yes just carry on with this movie and give other franchises a chance in next months poll. I'm glad my comment was the one that got the most likes and votes for this movie.

Lena

Sidenote: I also find it ironic that you checked the Harry Potter movies for any after-credit scenes (which they don't have) but didn't with Pirates of the Caribbean...Which do all have something. So if you continue reacting to the franchise, please check. :)

Anton Nefedov

First three films is one of the best movie series of all time. I think you should continue.

Heidi Elizabeth Marcum

Yay!! I absolutely love this movie so much!! Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow is phenomenal and iconic. There are no other characters like him in any movie or show. And I also absolutely love Orlando Bloom as Will Turner, and Kiera Knightly as Elizabeth Swan too. I love all of this movie's characters including Mr. Gibbs, Captain Barbosa, Commodore Norrington, the rest of Jack's crew as well as Barbosa's crew too, and Governor Swan. Now... I'm pretty sure you know who Orlando Bloom is, but you didn't mention you recognized him. In case you didn't... Orlando Bloom also plays Legolas in The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. :) And he's phenomenal on all movies. :) As for this movie's storyline and all the battles between characters... I absolutely love everything about this movie! The love story between Will and Elizabeth is beautiful, Jack's humor is absolutely hilarious, and the battles between the undead pirates and Norrington's men are brilliant. Like you, I absolutely love the special effects when the pirates transform to the undead in the moonlight, then appear human again outside of the moonlight. It's fantastic and unlike any other special effects I've ever seen in any other movie. They are unmatched. And the music is phenomenal too. My favorite scenes... First... I absolutely love the fight between Will and Jack in the beginning of the movie when they are in the blacksmith shop, as Jack attempts to escape until Will stops him. Second... I love the major battle in the end with Jack, Will, and Elizabeth fighting against Barbosa and the other pirates, while Norrington and his soldiers are fighting against Barbosa's undead crew. Fabulous and just amazing. And I also love, love, love the end fight between Will and Jack against Norrington's soldiers, when Will saves Jack from being hanged. This fight is fun, exciting, and hilarious. And I love Will's costume too. My overall favorite characters of course is Jack for everything about him, and Will Turner. I love their friendship, as well as their wit and banter back and forth. The actors have perfect chemistry with one another. Overall... I love this movie so much, so thank you very much for your reaction to it!!! I can't wait for your reactions for the other four movies as well. Until your next reactions...

PotC 1 is without a doubt one of my all time favorite movies. Such a entertaining movie with great characters and story and really witty dialogue. My fav character capt. Jack of course after that it has to be Barbosa(the way he delivers his lines is just magnificent) favorite scene with him is when we see him in the moonlight for the first time and I also love the speech he gives during that scene. I do love all the characters all of them are just so fun. The thing with the curse is that you have to take a coin directly from the chest only then you get cursed. If someone steals the coin from you, they don't get cursed you are still the one that took the coin out. When returning the coin to the chest you need to have your blood on it in that way when all the coins are returned the curse will be lifted. They needed Wills blood because he was the closest thing they had to his father. I can't wait for you to react to the rest of the movies. You are going to have a lot of fun with these movies.

Sandra

Fantastic set of movies! I'd love for you to continue watching the rest. At least the first 3 movies, the rest aren't as iconic imo.

Iben Frederiksen

So happy you watched this, and I really hope you'll do as you suggested and watch the rest of the movies, the first three are particularly great :D

Tyrell Patrick

I don't know if anyone's explained this to you yet. But basically if you take a coin from the chest then you're cursed. To lift the curse you have to return the coin along with your own blood. Will's father was one of the pirates that took a coin from the chest, but since he was at the bottom of the ocean, they couldn't use his blood. So they needed Will, since the two of them share blood. Make sense?
