I’m glad your back Juli. I’m always up for them OTH reactions! ☺️

Claudio Cristovao

I’ve watched this episode quite a few times and it’s blatantly obvious Lucas proposed to Lindsay to run away from Peyton. She kissed him and he got scared and did the most childish thing, which was propose to someone else to run/hide from his feelings. Nathan really annoyed me with the Carrie thing. She’s clearly flirting with him and he’s not setting boundaries. Brooke and Owen are cute. I’ll never get tired of stating how much I adore Mia and Millie.

Lucas

OMG i'm so ready...You wouldn't believe how much having OTH in my life is always a bright side, and seeing your reaction brings a lot of joy..And I haven't seen this but I expect mountains of rage lmao..I won't comment on it, I sort of appreciate the whole drama of it...Not to mention that as I have gone on record saying before guys tend to be particularly weak when it comes to women who are drop dead gorgeous, it's biological as far as i'm concerned...YES..There are the exceptions but most of the time, for most guys, it's just tough....Not that it excuses anything, it simply gives reasons to why

Jenn Rose

I still need to watch the last reaction, but omg I'm so hyped for more OTH. Not having the best week and this really helps <3

heather

Btw the actor who plays Owen is Joe Manganiello- I know him from Magic Mike & True Blood, but I think he’s been in quite a few things

Lucas

'Lucas kissed Peyton' At this point this should be written up on a monument somewhere :) LMAO

Enzo

OMG IM SO HAPPY !!!!

Enzo

ep9 is one of my favorite from the show !

Christopher Nicholas

Nathan can kiss my entire ass with how horribly he is handling the Nanny Carrie situation

fry

yayyyy i was having major anxiety so this just made me feel so much better

fry

mouth and millie are so cute and deserve the world

Anna

I don't really know why, but you eating that banana thingy and giving a full description of it cracked me up

izzy

ooohhhhh hear we go again Lucas always does something with another girl right after he is conflicted or doesn't wanna face his feelings for Peyton

S.Sauce

Peyton is so selfish and manipulative , also I died when you screamed at Nathan to do something about Carrie when by got home 😂😂😂😂

S.Sauce

Mia is played by singer and songwriter kate voegele she’s one of many at the time upcoming Artist who will be featured on the show in the next couple of seasons. Many singers got famous due to being on OTH , I discovered many amazing artist and songs through OTH. . .

SugaKookie

I agree with you about Lucas wanting what Nathan and Haley have. He sees them together and wants what they have but he doesn't understand that they worked so hard to be together. It wasn't always easy for naley, even though some times they can make it look that way, and thats what Lucas doesn't understand. He thinks that because two people love each other that should solve all your problems and thats not the case. Nathan and Haley learned that the hard way in season 2.

heather

Lucas is being so annoying!! He only proposed to Lindsey to spite Peyton. I mean, he kissed her like 5 seconds before he went home to Lindsey🙄 Mouth & Millie are cute! I also hate the storyline with Mouth and his boss. Nathan is being a bad child smh. Maybe he just likes the attention, but he should have shut down Carrie’s flirting when it first happened. Excited for the next episodes- episode 9 is one my my favs!

Peyton knew he moved on she comes back and kiss him and try’s to manipulate him by trying to convince him he loves her

SugaKookie

I've literally seen this show so many times but seeing you react to it, is like watching it for the first time. Your oth reactions make me so happy and the fact that you love this show just as much as me, makes it even more amazing.

S.Sauce

Peyton kisses Lucas though and she tried to manipulate him by saying You love me too right

Dai

Ellie-Jane

Rewatching early season five along with you has made me realise how much it STRESSES ME OUT!

Jana Kramer is absolutely gorgeous and talented. There are so many great singers in this show. I know people don’t like the covers of the theme that comes later but like the point was to highlight all of the artists they discovered through the show.

Anna

This was the episode where I lost the last shred of respect that I had left for Lucas and Peyton. I somewhat forgave them for cheating on Brooke in high school, they were young and made a mistake. But this time? Hell no. This time it wasn't a mistake, this was a choice. And it wasn't a small, innocent kiss. This was a full on tongue kiss with no regrets or consideration for the 3rd party. They keep hurting other people when they aren't dating each other and it's so frustrating. The worst part is that it seems like they don't even consider and care about all the damage they're doing to the other girls. This kiss, and the way they've both treated Lindsey, plus all that mess with Brooke in high school; breaking her heart, her trust and treating her the way they did as well as going so much back and forth are the reasons why I could never ship Leyton. They just left me with such a bitter taste in my mouth and how people can call their relationship an epic lovestory is beyond me. To me they're one of the worst couples on oth. And though it takes two to cheat and I wanted to strangle both of them, Lucas is the one who is to blame for the most part. He is the one who is in a relationship, he's the one giving mixed signals, rushing into things and so on. I wouldn't say he was leading Peyton on, but he didn't exactly tell her to go away either. He never knows what he truly wants and treats his girls like they're dolls that he's just playing with. He's straight up a jerk and an asshole. And what does he do after the kiss? He goes home and proposes to Lindsey. Dude, just no. 2 horrible desicions in like 20 minutes. Is he trying to break some kind of record??? He can't keep hiding himself in relationships.

Nathan

And this is exactly where Leyton completely lost me. Because I love Peyton and Lucas it didn’t take long for me to become content and at peace that they were going to be together even though I had sour grapes about Brucas but all of this stuff really brought me back to season 1 vibes except now it’s even more annoying because they are adults now. I just absolutely hate that it seems like these two are just insensitive and careless with other people’s emotions. Dating other people should never have been an option for Leyton since the beginning tbh.

Anna

On a lighter note, Brooke is the best part about this episode. Her flirting with Owen is adorable and it was about damn time someone knocked some sense into Mouth. Brooke is a queen and I will stan her till the day I die. Now if only her mom could behave and nanny Carrie get out of this place all would be well in the world.

Anna

Maleficent 😂 Juli, are you trying to kill me??? Glad you like Millie though, she's so precious.❤

Gandhi_18

lucas season 5....oof

I can cut Lucas and Peyton some slack for the kiss because of how they left things unresolved, they got swept off up in the feelings and emotions. They’re not teenagers anymore but they are still young people. I also disagree that this is worse that s1 because it wasn’t an affair, it was a kiss.

S.Sauce
>>39193746

lol , knowing where the nanny Carrie storyline is going it will be fun to see juli’s reaction to it 🤣😂

Enzo

Lucas is so full of crap. He’s so afraid to hurt the others and do what he really wants. Just like it happens with Brooke, it only ended because she ended, and this will only end if Lindsey do it. I won’t say more about that because it just is getting on my nerve. I love Leyton but I’m not crazy crazy about them because of this season I think this was written way too stupidly, I don’t see the point of all that mistake feels like going back to high school. I honestly forgot how much I looooove Brooke this season omg she is the queen of season 5!

Gandhi_18
>>39202883

Lucas is my favourite character (yes unpopular opinion lol) but in season 5 I was literally cringing watching him like wtf are u doing lmao 😂

Nathan
>>39202883

Enzo, I respect that opinion a lot because people who love Leyton tend to gloss over or not make a big deal about the way things were done in S5 with them. Yeah, people like me are annoyed and turned off by what was happening but I think the people who love them should be the most upset for how unnecessary all of this was.

miah.sun

I think that Nathan and Haley's relationship is fragile right now. I don't think they have fully recovered from Nathan's accident and they haven't yet regained the closeness that they lost. As much as I hate to see their marriage struggling, I appreciate the realism. I think that Nathan likes the attention tbh and I think he prob feels kinda useless right now. Injured, no dream job, and he can't even defend his wife. and so having someone like carrie idolize him prob feels good. He is making so many mistakes though and not setting boundaries and being completely disrespectful to haley. However, I don't think he has ever seriously thought about cheating. The scene in the bar with carrie-I don't think that was him being jealous at all. I think that was just him being a good guy, I think that he would do that for any girl that was getting unwanted attention. Carrie says that she liked seeing him jealous and he responds that she hasn't seen his jealous side. We get to see him actually jealous and defensive when the same guy harasses haley and Nathan gets physical. lol there's my over analyzing perspective on Naley :)

miah.sun

This was the first episode that I liked Quentin too. Loved the way he defended Haley and called out Nathan and Nanny carrie weirdness.

miah.sun

Brooke is by far my favorite character. I loved her talk with Lucas when she says that although she likes Lindsey it doesn't matter because Peyton is her best friend and so she sides with her. Brooke is the best friend!

miah.sun

I love the parallel with season 1 this episode. Haley catches Lucas and Peyton cheating on Lindsey now and on Brooke back in season one. I love her disapproving face lol

Juliette

Lucas and Peyton are terrible people who don't care about other people feelings (Brooke, Jake, Lindsey and J****). I can't understand how people can root for them tbh. I wish the writers didn't make them repeat the same mistakes over and over again. S1 with Brooke was enough.

Leora Nechama

"Why did you come back?" "Duh, for Lucas. Game on, bitch." xD Always makes me laugh.

Leora Nechama

I really dislike both Lucas and Peyton here and how they let their "love" hurt everyone else around them. I dislike Peyton more for kissing him knowing he was in a relationship. After that, Lucas made his choice and felt that he loved Lindsey and that's great but he should have been honest and told her about the kiss.

Le'Andria Bryant

I think you put too much blame on Lucas.. Peyton kissed him first, knowing he has a girlfriend.. yea he kissed her back but Peyton is not a complete angel in this situation

Kristara Hueston

I never understand people who hate Leyton for making mistakes or doing the same thing over and over again until they learn a lesson. Everyone knows somebody like them someone who is love with somebody but gets scared and falls into a relationship with someone else to hide. Or someone who cheats on a partner with the person they are actually in love with. I'm sorry but cheating is not the worse thing in the world. Lucas and Peyton in s1 were in love for the first time and they were sixteen. There was no second time cheating until season 5. The school shooting kiss does not count and Peyton confessing feelings for Lucas is not cheating. Their relationship in S5 is normal in my opinion. Couples have arguments break up and try to move on but can't being 21 allows for figuring things out.
