HERE WE GO THE LAST TWO EPISODES!! Be prepared for the final! Also I can’t wait to see your reaction to the end because I remember I hated Lucas so bad at this moment, such a bitch!

Dani

One Tree Hill always had the best season ending episodes, they never knew if they would be picked up for another season. I'm sure after 5x18, you are going to be anxious to start Season 6.

Claudio Cristovao

Lucas is such a mess, there’s no defending him here. Peyton certainly didn’t deserve to hear that!! And the look on her face, she was so crush and hurt, I felt so bad, what an ass. I can’t believe you’re already finishing up season 5, I can’t wait to get your reaction to the final moments of the finale and for you to get to season 6!!! I am so ready ❤️👏🎉

heather

Lucas is the worst this season!!🙄

Anne M.

Again, people are gonna hate Lucas... And trust me, I get it. He's far from being my favourite version of him in s5. And he shouldn't have said that. But he was sad, and drunk, and projecting his own guilt towards Peyton. And he's gonna apologize. I always felt like people were a lot harsher on Peyton and Lucas than on anyone else. But they all made mistakes, and they all try to be better in the end. I feel like Lucas, for all his faults, is really human to me, same as Peyton. Maybe that's why people judge them so harshly, because they're not as "perfect" as the others, but maybe that's also why they're my favourites, because they're so much more relatable. To me anyway. But that's a really personal opinion :)

Claudio Cristovao

I don’t think that he hates her because she’s the reason Lindsay won’t take him back or because he really does despise her, I think that he hates that she’s still in his head and his subconscious and can’t move on the way he wants to. It still doesn’t excuse what he said, Peyton did nothing to deserve that.

Andoni

It's a horrible thing to say but I get it before Peyton comes back he thinks his life is pretty much with Lindsay and Peyton out of his life and then comes back and everything is mess plus is drunk so it's horrible but I get it and I am sure he didn't mean that at all

Ash

Translation: I hate that I love you

Enzo

I really have a problem with Kate’s acting (Mia). I don’t know if I’m the only one! Deb’s storyline with Skills is just so good and so funny omg !! Also don’t surprising but I really hated Lucas in this episode, the way he’s fake obsessed with Lindsey just to not hurt her feelings & actually is into Peyton is awful. She does not deserve to hear that from him. Loving Haley this episode and Brooke made me a lot emotional. ❤️

miah.sun

When Dan said that Jamie was his best friend...wow. That was so heartwarming yet very sad.

Peaches

Lucas telling Peyton he hates her translates to I hate that I love you so much lol

miah.sun

I cannot believe that Lucas laid his hands on a student. In real life I feel like you would for sure be fired. Lucas was taking his personal anger out on other people and that is so wrong. Be an adult and calm the f down. really. And I don't excuse Lucas for what he said to Peyton because he was drunk. He wasn't drunk when he attacked a student. Its because he is obviously having some anger issues.

I completely agree he was just projecting and he hates that he loves her because he wanted to love Lindsey but he couldn’t

heather

Deb and Skills- I love that storyline! Nathan walking in on Deb flashing the webcam is so funny🤣 I loved the scene of Haley and Jamie after he was walking alone. It was great to see Haley talking to Jamie like that instead of just brushing it off. And when he gave Dan the card🥺 I knew you’d be pissed when Lucas said that to Peyton lol. Lucas is just such a mess this season!! He’s taking his anger about Lindsey out on others. He grabbed that player at the game & said he hated Peyton... I can’t excuse that!! Brooke is amazing- she really loves Angie & was so strong during her surgery! Side note: I thought something was going to happen between Brooke & the doctor lol I’ve never liked Mia for some reason. Maybe it’s because of Kate’s acting (like Enzo said), but I just found her annoying most of the time.

izzy

"damn it mom" my favorite scene lmfao someone needs to make a video every time Nathan gets shocked cuz deb traumatizes him with either holding her gun, herself in the pool or flashing the laptop camera

izzy

no matter what dan has done, the way he treats Jamie and his relationship with him is so wholesome and I feel like dan sees a young Nathan in him and feels he can start over and be the guy he was suppose to be

izzy

"I hate you, you ruined my life, I wish you never came back" okayyy Lucas, one he loves her and never expected her to come back cuz the minute she did he was all over her trying to help and saying she deserves better than that guy she was talking to at Brookes store opening and watching chase kiss her, he kissed her back when she kissed him in her label. Two he is just mad cuz Lindsey realized his own feelings before he has lol and Lindsey isn't s1 Brooke she isn't gonna pine over him and beg for his love and reinsurance, she has more control over herself and her independence.

izzy

"oh really love doesn't need a book or about comet" -juli lmfao made me laugh

izzy

I know I wrote alot of comments but I just remember what luke said "she's suppose to come back" he is so use to when Brooke kept coming back and Peyton coming back that his mindset of losing someone is that they WILL come back.

Tyler Powe

My heart broke for Peyton. That look she had when she said “what?” This is always why I felt that she deserved better than Lucas. Lucas is such an ass and always blames someone else for his problems. He’s annoying, I hated him this season lmaooo 🙄🤣 But I can’t wait for the finale! 🙌🏽

Jared Scoggin

Lucas really doesn't handle rejection well. He wallows and does self-destructive things. When Brooke broke up with him the first time he went to a bar and met Nikki. The reason he even started dating Brooke was because Peyton rejected him. He tried to hook up with Brooke in New York after Peyton said she didn't want to get engaged right at that moment. He also asked out Lindsey when he thought Peyton had stood him up at his book signing in LA. He also has this bad habit where he won't leave the girl who dumped him alone until she gives him another chance, like Brooke in season 3. I think the reason Lindsey called him was because he probably kept calling her, and she just wanted him to stop. It wasn't a good time for him to get that call, but it's not her fault for wanting to move on. And honestly, if she knew that he proposed to her like an hour after kissing Peyton, she'd probably never speak to him again. Like others have said in the comments, I fully believe that he said he hates Peyton because he hates that he's still in love with her. He had been deluding himself for so long and denied what was going on, when literally everyone in his life was telling him that he was still in love with Peyton, and he couldn't deal with it and he lashed out at her. Ok I need to stop writing before I end up with a novel of my own here.

Nathan

Lucas Scott is perhaps the biggest fuckboy to ever grace my television screen, and it still blows my mind that we really try to ship him with our amazing girls. I can not wait for S6.

Lucas

"Thank you, you're my best friend." nearly makes me cry every time lol For Lucas there's no excuse to be made for him and yet while it's not justifiable there is reason behind him acting out, guys do this a lot of time...He really believed he was going to get Lindsey back to the point where he convinced himself 'no' was simply temporary, so he wasn't able to take it, it's as he said "I don't know how the team did, but I lost tonight" it's pretty deep and sometimes you feel like that and it get's pretty ugly....And obviously being a mess like he was it wasn't surprising that he just blamed Peyton and put it all on her

Claudio Cristovao
>>39966179

He really does not handle rejection well. I’m thinking that might stem from Dan, who not only rejected him but constantly rubbed it in his face that he never wanted him and wanted his mother to get an abortion.

Lucas
>>39967396

Teenager Lucas was just as if not more mature than adult Lucas lmao

Michelle

Hi Julie. I am unable to view the Lens watch. Will you be posting the reaction normally?

Sara Peterson

Honestly I don't think it's Peyton that Lucas hates. I'm not excusing what he said because it is absolute crap and we all know it but in my head, he's saying that to himself. He's saying he wishes he never came back, that he ruined his life, and that he hates himself. But maybe that's just how I try and rationalize it lmao. Also!! You should listen to Kate Voegele's (Mia) music. She is really SO good

thisismaria27
>>39959687

That's what I've been saying. And this was definitely his absolute lowest point. I just can't hear any excuses for him anymore. Being in denial about your feelings is one thing, but knowingly hurting people that care about you is just cruel.

thisismaria27

I love Haley in this episode. Her talk with Jamie and her letting him give Dan the card was so precious. She is such a good mom, always thinking of her son's best interest and also being able to apologize and own her mistakes.

thisismaria27

Lucas has reached an all-time low this episode and I think that even later on I still never liked him as much as before bc of what he did in S5. I know that's probably not fair bc they all made stupid mistakes, but Lucas just never learns .. that is what actually bugs me the most.

thisismaria27

I really enjoyed seeing Dan being taunted with being "Number 2" on the donor list, because he is now in the position where he has to really prove if he's changed or not. The old him would've probably killed the guy or rigged the system. But what is the new Dan going to do? It's very interesting ...

Ellie-Jane

Haley and Jamie's relationship is one of my favourites on the show. I don't think Haley is afraid of accepting when she's wrong which is something I really admire about her. Also love her journey into music again, I can totally understand her skepticism but this time she has a much better support system! Peyton's face at the end never fails to punch me in the gut. Kate has a wonderful voice, her cover of Hallelujah is one of my favourite songs on the show!

S.Sauce

Lucas telling Peyton he hated her is what she deserved. That scene was iconic. Peyton deserved to be hated she ruined his wedding. .

Claudio Cristovao
>>39980618

The mere fact that he got better after this season proves that he’s learned imo. Plus they’ve all made mistakes. Some worse than Lucas'.

thisismaria27
>>39983108

Is that supposed to be ironic? bc Peyton didn't do anything. she literally sat her and watched him say I do to somebody else...

Daniel French

Lucas shouldn't of said that to Peyton but he was drunk and probably didn't know what he was saying, either that or he was talking about himself! And we all know that he didn't mean it, he doesn't really hate Peyton

Anna

"You know Brooke, and Sophia in general, it seems like she gives the best hugs." Honestly she does! I got the opportunity to hug Sophia twice, and it felt like heaven! She gives such amazing, warm hugs honestly 💙

Leora Nechama

I also thought Brooke and Dr Ethan could have been cute. Love Mia/Kate's voice. Don't hate me but I thought what Luke said was understandable. He was drunk and if she hadn't come back to Tree Hill he probably would be married to Lindsey. I like them as separate people but Leyton were always a little toxic and a lot of drama and Lindsey was healthy and an anchor for him. Though it was partially his book that made Lindsey not say I do. Skillz and Deb are weird but so amusing.

Ashley Laduranteay

I'm so laughing at Brooke's comment about last names for first names considering SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS all three of the girls name their kids their maiden names.

Patricia Bressan

I loved your reaction to this episode! Jamie is such a cute kid!!! I love Naley so much!
