Oh God! Victor and Benji keep fighting! I don't like that!

I was waiting for this episode. I know it seems like I'm just waiting to pile on the Benji hate but he is truly being awful. Benji was completely out of line for what he said to Isabel. Isabel was right to be upset. No one wants to see their child having sex especially when their kid brother is near. I would never let anyone talk to my mom like that. Benji lives in a world of white privilege and that's not his fault. But he refuses to acknowledge it and he doesn't try to understand that it's different for Victor being a person of color

Of course he's not acknowledging it, he's sixteen! And that's why it was important they had that conversation. But you keep saying Benji is the worst and awful and everything, but what Victor did is just way worse in my opinion. If my partner would tell something THIS private about me to anyone, let alone someone I don't even know, I'm not sure I would even stay in the relationship honestly. But people barely talk about it and forgive Victor, as they should, because he's sixteen too. So why can't Benji receive the same compassion?

I truly believe that the portrayal of Isabel's character this season could be award worthy this year if Hulu decides to promote it that way. I really love the time they took to portray her journey, and Victor's journey with her. With Harold, I also understand why this job means so much to him. The thing that upsets me about it is that he had an opportunity to make a choice, and he really reinforced the idea that Mia has that she will never come first so she shouldn't even try for it. He could have done a million things besides what he did here. He presented the whole idea like, "I really want your input... you know me, I'm mister neutral." Which now we see was never true at all. And rather than just telling Mia no, he gave her hope, only to snatch it away, which is far more damaging. Not good, man! Benji and Victor... okay they both did wrong, but Victor was, and has been, understanding while Benji was not, and has not been. Just like him asking Victor to be more open, but keeping an entire, important aspect of himself secret to him, going so far as to switch drinks when Victor isn't looking. Victor wouldn't even know that he's drinking, and getting drunk, while Benji is only pretending to be. I understand his reasons, and so did Victor. But Benji didn't even try to understand when it was Victor's mistake. Instant break... I couldn't get behind that. I am always down to forgive and understand mistakes, but it's harder for me to understand when people don't try to understand others, especially when they just did that for you... multiple times.

Idk if I’m the only one but I love Rachel’s acting (Mia) so much. Everytime she speaks, it just feels sooooo natural and relaxing, she’s amazing. I needed to say it

Benji hasn’t been understanding? Please, the whole season he only was nothing but patient and supportive

Enzo

The next 2 episodes are so forced and totally unnecessary, I really hate the show took this path

Julian

Wow, people are already so dramatic in these comments and we haven't even reached the finale.. HELP

omg yes !! I can already imagine how heated things might get after Juli reacts to the finale. I'm kinda low-key here for it though ;)
