Actually, it's again a case where Jason was right and low-key the wise one! Not only because he figured out it was Bad Janet, but also when he said they should trust both Glenn and Michael. It seemed stupid when he said it, but he was right: they were both telling the truth. Michael was Michael, but Glenn genuinely thought that he wasn't because 1. he knew about the Michael suit and 2. he saw Shawn and Chris celebrating after Chris got "caught". So he assumed they had switch Michael, turned out he just didn't know their whole plan.
